The Torchlight Marian Procession takes place each evening at 9.00 pm. The welcoming of pilgrims and announcements begin at 20.45.

From April to October, this procession takes place each day at 5.00 pm from the Open-Air Altar on the "Prairie" opposite the Grotto to the Underground Basilica of St. Pius X. It normally last about one hour.
On days when it is raining or in extreme heat, the entire celebration takes place in the Underground Basilica. The procession is conducted in the six usual languages of the Sanctuary.

During the months of April to October, the International Mass takes place each Sunday and Wednesday in the Underground Basilica of St. Pius X at 9.30am. Each Thursday in July and Saturday in August the International Youth Mass is celebrated in the Church of St. Bernadette at 8.30pm.

Each Saturday in July and August at 20.30 in the Church of St. Bernadette (rehearsals for musicians, singers and other participants take place on site at 17.00).

The main gates to the Sanctuary are open from 5.30am. to midnight, but access to the domain is available day and night throughout the year by the zigzag path, opposite the Chaplains’ Residence, that leads directly to the Grotto.
