About the Arundel and Brighton Diocese

- The annual Pilgrimage happens every year mainly at the end of July and in the beginning of August.

- The Pilgrimage consists of the Youth Service Group- aka the Redshirts- the main duties for the Redshirts are helping generally with setting out masses, and welcoming and saying good bye at masses. The Redshirts is a good way to get the Lourdes experience, to be a Redshirt you have to be in years 10 and 11 and be 15/16. For more information contact Ray Mooney

- The Pilgrimage consists of helpers young and old and sick pilgrims who are also young and old. For more information on becoming a helper please contact the Lourdes office Lourdes Office

- In 2008, it was 150th anniversary since Bernadette saw Mary, and between the years of 2004-2009 there have been over 150 Redshirts to celebrate the occasion as many Redshirts that could make it sang Amazing Grace.

-This year's annual Pilgrimage is from the 28th of July to the 5th of August.
